Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WOW Card ("WOW," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the WOW Card, WOW app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, activating a WOW Card, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Be a resident of a country or region where WOW Card is available
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law
- Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process
WOW Card availability may be limited by region, regulatory requirements, or other factors. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.
Your Account
Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account through the WOW app. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Identity Verification
We are required by law to verify the identity of our users. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation we request to comply with applicable KYC and AML regulations. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access to the Service.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your account
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
- Log out of your account after each session on shared devices
WOW Card is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
One Account per User
Each individual may maintain only one WOW Card account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Card Use
Permitted Use
WOW Card may be used for lawful purchases and payments wherever supported card payments are accepted, subject to applicable regional restrictions, spending limits, and card network rules.
Funding Your Card
Your WOW Card balance is funded by depositing USDT via supported blockchain networks (currently TRC20 and BEP20). Deposits are subject to minimum amounts, processing times, and network fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network conditions.
Spending Limits
Your card may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits based on your account verification level, regional requirements, and our internal risk policies. Limits are displayed in the WOW app and may be updated from time to time.
Declined Transactions
Transactions may be declined for reasons including insufficient balance, exceeded limits, merchant restrictions, fraud prevention, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from declined transactions.
Fees and Limits
Using the WOW Card and related services may be subject to fees, including but not limited to:
- Card issuance or activation fees
- Transaction or payment processing fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Top-up or deposit fees
- Inactivity fees (where applicable)
All applicable fees will be disclosed to you within the WOW app before you complete any action that incurs a charge. Fee structures may change over time. Continued use of the Service after any fee change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
WOW Card does not control or guarantee exchange rates used in currency conversions. Rates are determined by card network and processing partners at the time of each transaction.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:
- Any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
- Purchasing illegal goods or services
- Gambling or activities prohibited in your jurisdiction
- Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of identity
- Circumventing spending limits or security controls
- Using the Service in a manner that disrupts or harms other users or WOW Card's systems
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the WOW app or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities and to report such activities to relevant authorities where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the WOW Card Service — including but not limited to the WOW app, website, trademarks, logos, design, and software — are owned by WOW Card or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- WOW Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
By You
You may close your WOW Card account at any time by following the account closure process in the WOW app. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with our withdrawal and refund policies.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Failure to complete or maintain identity verification
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
- Discontinuation of the Service in your region
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, and governing law — shall remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the WOW app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect (or immediately for changes required by law).
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
